Vacation: Enjoy at least five weeks' vacation per year. From the age of 46, you will gradually receive more vacation days, up to a maximum of six weeks for employees and seven weeks for managers. Apprentices benefit from six weeks' vacation.

Home office: In certain positions with us, you can spend up to 40% of your working hours (for a 100% position) working flexibly from home.

Emmi Vorsorgestiftung: Our pension fund offers you an attractive interest rate on your retirement assets above the statutory minimum of 1%. Your contribution is calculated on the basis of your annual salary - without deduction of the coordination deduction. This means: more retirement assets for you later! You also have the choice between the Standard Savings Plan or the Plus Savings Plan with 1% higher savings contributions. Maternity & paternity leave: Mothers receive 14 weeks maternity leave and fathers 2 weeks paternity leave - both with full salary (legally you are entitled to 80% of the salary you earned before the birth).

Special benefits for shift and on-call employees

Time bonuses: You will receive a time bonus of 20% for shift work with planned time from 8 p.m. (10% is legally required for night work between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.).

Cold allowance: If you work in cold areas, you will receive paid warm-up time.

Changing time: If you have to change your clothes due to our hygiene regulations, you will receive a time credit of seven minutes per working day.

On-call allowance: If you are on call outside your working hours, you will receive a call-out allowance and compensation of CHF 432 for an on-call week or CHF 48/96 for an on-call day (depending on the day of the week). You can find detailed information in our on-call regulations.
