Informations about PIM

  • Contentserv is the provider of the platform for the Product Information Management (PIM) system at Emmi.
  • A Product Information Management (PIM) system is a centralised platform that enables Emmi to collect, manage and distribute product-related data. It provides a comprehensive 360° view of the product.
  • To obtain a PIM account, please contact your usual contact person at Emmi.
  • To activate your account, you will receive an invitation email and can then log in to set up your login credentials.
  • The paper version of the raw material specification is replaced by a digital version, reducing paper usage (sustainability).
  • Product certificates are stored centrally and can be updated independently.
  • When renewing the specification after five years, data from the existing specification is carried over, so only updates are required.
  • Communication takes place via the portal, eliminating the need for emails.
  • The review status is visible at all times.
  • The PIM enables more efficient processing of specifications.
