At the 32st General Meeting of Emmi AG, 2'118 shareholders cast their votes. They approved all proposals of the Board of Directors and re-elected all members standing for election and the Chairman of the Board of Directors

As part of the ongoing dividend policy, the 10th consecutive dividend increase to CHF 16.50 per registered share (previous year: CHF 15.50) was approved.
