Since 2025, Emmi Bettine B.V. has been the name under which Bettinehoeve and Emmi Benelux have merged. As part of the Emmi Group, they combine strong international brands such as Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE, Kaltbach and Emmi Fondü with the Dutch goat’s cheese brand Bettine. Together, they bring delightful dairy moments to the Benelux countries and Scandinavia.

ENS (Emmi Nutritional Solutions), based in the Netherlands, was founded in 2001. EN specializes in global trade and market development, with a complete focus on goat and sheep dairy products.

Since 1982, Bettinehoeve has been crafting the most delicious goat cheeses out of a love for the art of cheese-making. With its deliciously mild flavor, Bettine has a unique Dutch character. This 100% fresh goat cheese is naturally soft and fresh, rich in protein, and easy to digest.

As a subsidiary of the Emmi Group, Emmi Germany is the market leader in Germany for high-quality Swiss dairy products. The company focuses on its ready-to-drink coffee, Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE, and its cave-aged KALTBACH cheeses.

Emmi Italy is part of the Emmi Group and offers a range of high-quality dairy and fresh products.

As the first subsidiary outside Switzerland, Emmi Austria is the market leader in Austria with Swiss premium products. Emmi Austria began as a regional cheese dairy that has evolved over time into a successful subsidiary of the Emmi Group, supplying the Austrian food market with both international and regional products.

Leeb Biomilch GmbH is part of the Emmi Group and has been producing organic sheep and goat milk products under the “Leeb Vital” brand for over 30 years, offering an alternative to cow's milk.

Kaiku is synonymous with innovative dairy products and is a market leader, particularly in Spain, in lactose-free products and ready-to-drink coffee. Kaiku is part of the Emmi Group and strengthens Emmi’s international presence, particularly in Southern Europe and Latin America.

Emmi Roth is a leading provider of specialty cheeses in the United States. As the largest importer of Swiss cheese, Emmi Roth produces award-winning cheeses in Wisconsin and California and is the market leader in this category with the No. 1 feta brand in the United States.

Emmi is further strengthening its position in desserts by acquiring the complementary US desserts maker Indulge Desserts Intermediate Holdings, LLC.

Darey Brands is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Emmi Group, headquartered in Switzerland. Darey Brands, Inc. is the parent company of leading brands of milk and dairy products: Green Valley® and Meyenberg®. Its branded and private-label products are sold nationwide at leading food retailers, wholesale chains, health food shops, specialist shops and online retailers. Production takes place at several sites, primarily in Sebastopol and Turlock, California. We also produce high-quality plant-based milk alternatives.

Emmi Asia is a subsidiary of the Emmi Group, Switzerland's largest dairy company, which is known worldwide as a producer of dairy products and high-quality cheeses.

The Mahdia Dairy (CLM), with its Vitalait brand, was founded in June 1997 and began operations in December 1998. Vitalait is a subsidiary of the Emmi Group.
