Future-oriented and tailor-made programs for managers accompany you on your way to “Excellent Leadership”. Your leadership style will make a difference and you and your team will create real Emmi moments.
With practical training, targeted exchanges with other managers and innovative learning methods, we support you in further strengthening your skills and growing as a manager.
"Management Practice" talent programme
The “Management Practice” is aimed at middle management employees. In international and cross-divisional teams, you will develop your key strategic skills with the support of coaches and mentors. You will work on selected projects relevant to the entire Emmi Group over a period of ten months.
Working abroad
Working abroad? That's possible with us!
Take the opportunity to gain experience abroad through project assignments or multi-year secondments to one of our subsidiaries worldwide.
Are you a trained dairy technologist, plant operator or polymechanic and aged between 20 and 26?
Then you have the opportunity to gain exciting work experience for a year at one of our locations abroad, improve your language skills and get to know a different culture.
Senior Professionals Programs
