General Meeting of Emmi AG 2026
AGM of April 9, 2026
At the 33st General Meeting of Emmi AG, 2,519 shareholders cast their votes. They approved the financial and non-financial reporting for the 2025 financial year as well as all other proposals put forward by the Board of Directors.
As part of the continuous dividend policy, the dividend was increased to CHF 17.50 per registered share (previous year: CHF 16.50). The payment will be made on 15 April 2026.
