Strong together on International Women’s Day 2026
Every year, International Women’s Day invites us to pause and remember what makes us strong as individuals – and as the Emmi Group: diversity, equality and trust in our own strength.
With our brands, we support people who inspire, motivate and surpass themselves – in sport as well as in culture and society. Our brand ambassadors embody values such as passion, fairness and ambition. To mark International Women’s Day, they have answered one key question:
“What helps you to be the best version of yourself?”
Their answers are as diverse as their personalities – yet they share one common idea:
Trust in your own strength.
Wendy Holdener – brand ambassador for Emmi Caffè Latte
As one of the most successful female ski racers in Switzerland, Wendy Holdener embodies a down-to-earth attitude, ambition and inner strength – in line with the motto: “It’s what’s inside that counts.”
Her message:
You should listen to your gut feeling so you can identify what you need. The next step is about finding the right balance between full throttle and calm – and walking your own path in the way that’s right for you.
Nina Brunner & Tanja Hüberli – brand ambassadors for Emmi Caffè Latte
The beach volleyball duo stands for team spirit, trust and curiosity. They are an impressive example of how team spirit and mutual support in sport lead to strength, visibility and new opportunities.
Their messages:
Nina Brunner: To be your best self, you need confidence – in yourself and in your own path. If you can deliberately balance pressure and expectations while enjoying the moment, you can keep your cool and will be able to bring out your best just when it matters most.
Tanja Hüberli: What counts is believing in yourself. Listen less to voices from the outside, trust in your team and environment, and view challenges as opportunities, and you’ll be able to keep a clear eye on your own goals.
Till Gygax – brand ambassador for Emmi Energy Milk
The Swiss padel player lives and breathes energy, dynamism and willpower. His main goal: to become Switzerland’s number one again in 2026.
His message:
Achieving your best self takes patience, self-confidence and clearly defined goals – and the willingness to follow these goals consistently.
Aaron Schmitter – brand ambassador for Emmi Energy Milk
From the first kayak moment to the junior squad: Aaron Schmitter shows how passion and determination shape the journey in competitive sport.
His message:
To be your best self, you need people around you who share the same attitude, pursue common goals and are willing to walk this path together.
Lia Wälti – brand ambassador for Emmi Energy Milk
Swiss professional footballer and player for Juventus Turin: Lia Wälti stands for leadership, team spirit and authentic strength.
Her message:
To be the best version of yourself, you need good preparation that gives you confidence and security, a positive attitude and belief in your goal – and the team. Because nothing works without the team.
Delia Durrer – brand ambassador for Emmi Caffè Latte
Delia Durrer is a professional ski racer and pursues her big goal with patience, discipline and a lot of conviction – step by step and with a clear focus on what really matters.
Her message:
You’re your best self when you put your heart and soul into what you’re doing, keep a clear head and trust in yourself. Because inner conviction is the foundation for strength – in sport and everyday life alike.
Joint message
What unites all our brand ambassadors is an idea that can be felt everywhere in sport and in day-to-day life: Our own strengths develop where we trust ourselves – and where we are supported.
Their answers to the question “What helps you to be the best version of yourself?” show how different paths can be. But one thing is clear: Strength comes from preparation, self-confidence, team spirit, patience – and people who believe in us.
The video makes it clear exactly how much strength lies in these personal stories – and how they can motivate us all.

Let’s set an example together
International Women’s Day shows how strong people can become when they believe in themselves, follow their own path and support each other. The stories and messages of our brand ambassadors are a testament to the fact that strength comes in many forms – and each one counts.
Let’s celebrate this diversity by creating spaces that enable people to be courageous and develop themselves further, and that bring their strengths to light. Today – and every other day.
Strength comes in many forms – and each one counts.
