Plant-Based Enjoyment from Switzerland. My Conscious Choice.

Our Message

You don’t have to be vegan to enjoy plant-based foods. With us, you can simply be yourself. Whether you eat animal products occasionally, regularly, or not at all, there’s no judgment here. After all, we at Emmi love milk too!

We believe plant-based foods don’t limit your taste horizons—they expand them. They open the door to new flavors, creative recipe ideas, and even different dietary styles.

In other words, our creations can sit right alongside conventional milk—or even a steak—in your shopping basket. We stand for open-mindedness, inclusion, and diversity.

Why We Do What We Do!

All around the world, more and more people are choosing plant-based foods. In Switzerland, over 60% of consumers now identify as flexitarians—meaning they actively want to reduce their meat and dairy consumption.

Still, some people remain a little skeptical about plant-based options. That might be due to a lack of suitable choices, concerns about taste, or simply our deep love for dairy products. In short: there are plenty of barriers that make changing our daily eating habits challenging.

At beleaf, we’re thrilled to welcome more and more people into the flexitarian circle. Our goal is to inspire milk lovers with an open mind to discover the joy of plant-based foods. That’s why we create outstanding plant-based products—so every “Flexi” can confidently reach for our alternatives and feel good about it.

We’re not here to convert anyone. We’re here to excite and delight!

Regional Sourcing & Short Transport Routes

Regional sourcing and short transport routes are essential to us. That’s why the oats in our oat products come exclusively from Switzerland—never crossing the Swiss border from seed to finished product.

Our almonds don’t travel far either before reaching the shelf. They come from Spain or Portugal, where not only is the transport route much shorter, but water consumption is also significantly lower compared to their Californian counterparts.
