The family structures create the best conditions and an ideal environment for high-quality, sustainable milk, and are what makes the Swiss dairy industry unique. 93 % of the natural, top-quality milk is produced regionally in accordance with the “swissmilk green” sustainability standard, contributing to the high quality of Emmi’s dairy products.
