Salary: During your internship you will be paid as follows
- during a bachelor’s programme: CHF 39,000
- during a master’s programme: CHF 42,900
These are annual gross salaries including a 13th monthly salary.
Structure
As an intern at Emmi, you will spend six to 12 months working on exciting projects and day-to-day business. Your experienced team colleagues will support you with their expertise at all times.
Internships are generally available in the following departments:
- Brand Management in the Swiss Marketing Team
- Global Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Corporate Communications
- Sustainability
- Operational Excellence
- Research & Development

Your profile
If you are interested in an internship at Emmi, you should be in your bachelor’s or master’s studies and have completed your third semester. We are seeking students from various disciplines such as Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics and Food Science.
In addition, you should possess:
- Not just motivation and dedication, but also the ability to take on responsibility with a high degree of initiative in various projects within the Emmi Group.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for teamwork – because we move forward together.
- An open personality as a key to navigating seamlessly in an international environment.
- Impeccable written and spoken German and English are a given. Do you speak any other languages? That would be the perfect finishing touch for our Emmi Caffè Latte.
