After three years of interruption due to the pandemic, we are very pleased to be able to welcome you personally again in the familiar surroundings of the Messe Lucerne on 13 April 2023.
The new stock corporation law, which came into force on 1 January 2023, prompts us to revise the Articles of Association, which you will vote on under agenda item 8.
