Grilled Chicken Breast with Greek Style Yogurt Sauce

| Greek Style Yogurt Sauce | |

| 200 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural 0% Fat |
| 20 ml | Lemon Juice |
| 1 tsp. | Lemon Zest |
| 2 tbsp | Minced Garlic |
| 10 ml | Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1 tsp. | Sea Salt |
| 1 tsp. | Black Pepper |
| 1 tsp. | Dill |
Method

Butterfly chicken breast and then add sea salt, black pepper, minced garlic, virgin olive oil, thyme, oregano, lemon zest and lemon juice. Marinate the chicken breast for 30 minutes

Pan-fry the chicken breast with a grill pan to slightly brown on both sides and then bake in the oven at 180 degree for 8 minutes

Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and then pan-fry it on the grill pan directly

Blend all the Greek style yogurt sauce ingredients and that’s the yogurt sauce

Serve the grilled chicken breast with pan-fried cherry tomatoes and Greek style yogurt sauce.
