|300 ml||Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk|
|200 ml||Cooking Cream|
|150 g||Cheddar Cheese|
|1 tsp.||Sea Salt|
|1 tsp.||Black Pepper|
|1 tsp.||Ground Nutmeg|
Peel potatoes, cut into 2mm slices, soak in salt water to prevent oxidation.
Mix Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk and whipping cream as well as eggs, sea salt, black pepper, ground nutmeg and 75g cheddar cheese.
Pour some milk and cheese sauce to the bottom of the baking dish, spread a layer of potato slices, then pour in the sauce again and spread a layer of potato slices again until the baking dish is full. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese, sea salt, black pepper and ground nutmeg on the surface of the dish
Preheat the oven at 180 degree. Bake at 180 degree for 30 minutes. Done.
