Devil Yogurt Egg
Ingredients
40 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural |
4 piece(s) | Egg |
1 tbsp | Garlic powder |
1 tbsp | Ground black pepper |
40 g | Bacon pieces |
Paprika to decorate | |
Pumpkin seed to decorate | |
Seaweed to decorate | |
1 tsp. | Salt |
Method

Boil eggs. Remove egg shell. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks into a bowl.

Mash the egg yolk with fork and mix with Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural, garlic powder, ground black pepper, bacon pieces and salt. Put inside a piping bag.

Squeeze the mixture on the egg whites.

Sift paprika, decorate the eggs like devils with pumpkin seed and seaweed.
