Crispy Fried Extra Fruity Yogurt Shrimps
Ingredients
400 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Mango-Passion Fruit Extra Fruity |
100 ml | Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk |
7 piece(s) | Shrimp |
60 g | Corn Starch |
100 g | Flour |
2 piece(s) | Egg |
100 g | Breadcrumbs |
Method

Peel and devein the shrimps, leave the tails on

Mix well Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk, Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Mango-Passion Fruit Extra Fruity and corn starch, cook over medium low heat until thickened. Then, pour it into a silicone mold until 80% full

Add the shrimps, and pour the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the shrimps. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Coat the yogurt shrimp cube with flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs in sequence

Heat a pot of oil over medium heat and deep-fry until crispy
