400 g Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Mango-Passion Fruit Extra Fruity
100 ml Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk
7 piece Shrimp
60 g Corn Starch
100 g Flour
2 piece Egg
100 g Breadcrumbs


  1. Peel and devein the shrimps, leave the tails on

  2. Mix well Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk, Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Mango-Passion Fruit Extra Fruity and corn starch, cook over medium low heat until thickened. Then, pour it into a silicone mold until 80% full

  3. Add the shrimps, and pour the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the shrimps. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour 

  4. Coat the yogurt shrimp cube with flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs in sequence

  5. Heat a pot of oil over medium heat and deep-fry until crispy
