Switzerland
Emmi Schweiz Food Service supplies national and regional wholesalers as well as cash-and-carry wholesalers – including customers such as Pistor, Aligro and purchasers such as restaurants and hotels. The products are similar to those found in retail, but are available in larger formats and specialised recipes, such as 10-litre milk or 4-litre ice cream containers. The range also includes practical solutions such as bag-in-box milk for coffee machines and Emmi Caffè Latte for slush machines.
Demand for vegan, lactose-free and high-protein products is growing – Emmi Schweiz Food Service offers suitable product ranges, simple recipe ideas and clever concepts for the catering industry.

Chile
Food Service is also active in Chile: The team in Santiago de Chile, with 16 employees, looks after the entire country – from Arica in the north to the island of Chiloé 3,000 kilometres further south. Around 20 products are offered in formats specially developed for hotels, restaurants, catering companies and institutions such as the state school nutrition programme JUNAEB.
In addition to high-quality products with practical packaging, the team also offers comprehensive advice. Clients include Starbucks, Aramark, Sodexo and the military school in Santiago.

US
In the US, the Emmi Roth Food Service team works from several locations with headquarters in Stoughton, Wisconsin. The range includes many different cheeses in different formats and flavours – complemented by personal advice and individual solutions.
The ten-member team contributes its passion for handmade cheese and food trends to the development of innovative products. It serves customers from in upscale catering, restaurant chains, airlines, convenience stores and the food industry.

Spain
Kaiku Food Service has 33 employees in six regions of northern Spain. Since 1996, the team has been supplying renowned restaurants such as Restaurant Arzak and chains such as Grupo Bassko.
The range includes dairy products such as barista milk, cheese, yogurt, cream and butter in practical formats, such as barista milk in 1.5-litre bottles or butter in single portions for hotels and large formats for bakeries.

Mexico
MexicoIn Mexico, Mexideli Food Service is located in Cancún, the Riviera Maya and Mexico City. Since 1997, the team has been supplying the catering industry with a wide range of chilled and frozen products such as cheese, meat, sausages and baked goods.
For customers, large pieces of cheese and meat are portioned, cut, diced or grated directly on site – according to individual customers’ wishes. They include well-known hotel chains such as Marriott, Hyatt and Riu, theme parks such as Six Flags and Xcaret, as well as restaurant chains such as Starbucks, Hooters and Italianis.
