“My career began with an apprenticeship as an ornamental plant gardener; later, I studied life sciences and joined Emmi as a trainee. Soon after, I found my dream job: Developer of fresh products at the Emmen site. Today, I am a team leader in production 1 and manage 13 people, which is very exciting.“
