Walnut Pancake
Ingredients
40 ml | Emmi Swiss Premium Milk |
40 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural |
150 g | Cake flour |
2 piece(s) | Egg |
45 g | Sugar |
15 g | Vegetable oil |
5 g | Baking soda |
40 g | Walnut crush |
Method

Mix egg and sugar until sugar completely dissolved. Add Emmi Swiss Premium Milk, Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural and mix well.

Add oil and mix well. Sift in flour and baking soda. Mix until the batter become smooth and then add walnut crush and mix slightly.

Add some batter on a pan. Pan-fry both sides until pancake form
