Stuffed Pasta Shells With Yogurt White Sauce
Ingredients
200 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Low-fat Yogurt Plain |
300 ml | Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk |
110 g | Jumbo Pasta Shells |
200 g | Tuna Chunks In Brine |
200 g | Spinach |
75 g | Butter |
75 g | Flour |
200 g | Bolognese Pasta Sauce |
1 tsp. | Shredded Mixed Cheese |
1 tsp. | Sea Salt |
1 tsp. | Pepper Powder |
1 tsp. | Paprika |
Method

Cook jumbo pasta shells in a pot of boiling salted water until done. Drain

Cook spinach in a pot of boiling salted water until done. Squeeze and chop them

Melt butter in a pan and add flour when the butter is completely melted. Keep stirring and cook until well combined. Add Emmi Swiss Premium Low-fat Yogurt Plain and Emmi Swiss Premium Whole Milk and that’s the yogurt white sauce

Season with sea salt, pepper powder and paprika. Add chopped spinach and tuna. Spoon a tablespoon of mixture into the jumbo pasta shells.

Pour bolognese pasta sauce in a baking pan as the base. Place stuffed jumbo pasta shells on it. Sprinkle cheese. Bake in an oven at 180 degree for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Done
