Purple Sweet Potato Yogurt Cup
Ingredients
100 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Blueberry |
100 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Raspberry |
100 g | Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Aloe Vera |
50 ml | Emmi Swiss Premium Milk |
300 g | Purple sweet potato |
50 g | Dried fruit oatmeal |
Method

Steam and mash the purple sweet potato. Mix with Emmi Swiss Premium Milk.

Put the purple sweet potato mixture, Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Blueberry, Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Raspberry and Emmi Swiss Premium Yogurt Aloe Vera into a piping bag respectively

Take 2 glass cups with diameter of 7cm and height of 9cm. Place the dried fruit oatmeal as the bottom layer.

Then place the purple sweet potato mixture and yogurt. Repeating the above steps.
