40 ml Emmi Swiss Premium Milk
40 g Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural
150 g Cake flour
2 piece Egg
45 g Sugar
15 g Vegetable oil
5 g Baking soda
40 g Walnut crush


  1. Mix egg and sugar until sugar completely dissolved. Add Emmi Swiss Premium Milk, Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural and mix well.

  2. Add oil and mix well. Sift in flour and baking soda. Mix until the batter become smooth and then add walnut crush and mix slightly.

  3. Add some batter on a pan. Pan-fry both sides until pancake form
