Grilled Chicken Breast with Greek Style Yogurt Sauce

1 piece Chicken Breast
8 piece Cherry Tomatoes
30 ml Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 piece Lemon
1 tsp. Fresh Oregano
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme
Greek Style Yogurt Sauce
200 g Emmi Swiss Premium Greek Style Yogurt Natural 0% Fat
20 ml Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
10 ml Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Dill


  1. Butterfly chicken breast and then add sea salt, black pepper, minced garlic, virgin olive oil, thyme, oregano, lemon zest and lemon juice. Marinate the chicken breast for 30 minutes

  2. Pan-fry the chicken breast with a grill pan to slightly brown on both sides and then bake in the oven at 180 degree for 8 minutes

  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and then pan-fry it on the grill pan directly

  4. Blend all the Greek style yogurt sauce ingredients and that’s the yogurt sauce

  5. Serve the grilled chicken breast with pan-fried cherry tomatoes and Greek style yogurt sauce.
